From six months
Billing is per channel. A channel is one self-contained support setup: its own agent accounts, its own conversations, its own installation code and dedicated domain, with no visibility into each other's data. Open one channel per brand or per site.

No credit card, and nothing charges automatically when it ends. The trial is there for you to check the translation quality and the installation — the limits suit evaluation, not live operation:
- 1 agent account
- 5 conversations in total
- No custom dedicated domain
After the 5 conversations are used, visitors switch to leaving messages rather than being cut off — everything already said is kept, and it picks up immediately once you upgrade.

About translation credit
Translation credit is bought separately and billed by usage; it isn't part of the plan. If you only support in one language you'll never use it, and it costs nothing.
Charged on the source characters sent for translation; a 20-character message costs 20 characters. Only messages with the translation switch on are charged, and that switch is in the agent's hands — they decide message by message.
No. Credit is deducted before the call and refunded if the call fails, so a failure never costs you anything.
Messages still go out, just untranslated — running out of credit never costs you a message. The agent console shows "translation credit exhausted" and automatically falls back to sending as-is, so nobody keeps sending untranslated text without realising it.
It doesn't expire, it belongs to the channel, and there's no monthly reset. Pre-order bonus credit lasts just as long.
